What the first few months can look like

Weight loss is a gradual, individual journey. Here's the shape of it - your prescriber tailors the plan to you.

Weeks 1-4

Getting started

You begin at a low starting point so your body can adjust, with guidance on how to use your treatment and simple habits alongside it.

Months 1-3

Settling in

Treatment and routine settle into everyday life. Many people notice gradual, steady change - everyone is different.

Months 3-6+

Staying on track

Ongoing clinical support, easy reordering and check-ins to help you keep momentum for the longer term.

How much could you lose?

Enter your details to see a personalised projection based on the average results from the major clinical trials. These are trial averages alongside diet and activity - your own results will vary.

Weight loss varies from person to person and isn't guaranteed. Treatment works best alongside healthier eating and activity, and is only supplied where a prescriber judges it appropriate. Always read the patient information leaflet.

Injections or tablets?

Two prescription routes to weight loss. A clinician recommends what's right for you - here's the difference.

A weekly injection

Helps regulate appetite and how full you feel; taken once a week. Often the most effective option for eligible patients.

A daily tablet

A once-daily oral option - no needles - for those who prefer tablets. Your prescriber advises what suits you.

Both are prescription-only and supplied only after clinical review. Your prescriber weighs up your health, history and preferences before recommending an option.

Who it's for

Weight-loss treatment is for adults who meet clinical criteria. A clinician always makes the final decision.

May be suitable if you

  • Are an adult (18+) with a BMI of 30 or above
  • Or a BMI of 27+ with a weight-related condition
  • Can share your relevant medical history honestly

It may not be suitable if you

  • Are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Have certain medical conditions
  • Take medicines that may interact - always disclose these

This isn't a full list. Your prescriber reviews your complete medical history and current medicines before deciding whether treatment is appropriate.

"Weight-loss treatment works best as part of real, supported care - not a quick checkout. A registered prescriber reads your answers and makes a genuine clinical decision, and our team stays with you after. That accountability is the whole point of using a regulated pharmacy."

What our patients say

Frequently asked

How much does treatment cost?
Treatment starts from £114.95. Your online assessment is free. You pay when you place your order, and if a prescriber doesn't approve your treatment, you'll get a full refund. Delivery is included with no hidden fees.
How do the injections work?
Current weight-loss treatments work in a few different ways, but broadly they help you feel fuller, sooner and for longer - so you naturally eat less and lower your overall calorie intake. They work best alongside healthier eating and more activity, and your prescriber explains how to use yours and what to expect.
Injections or tablets - which is better?
Both are prescription treatments that work in similar ways. Some people prefer a weekly injection; others prefer a daily tablet and no needles. A clinician looks at your health, history and preferences and recommends the option that suits you.
Is it safe?
Every order is reviewed by a UK-registered prescriber before it's supplied, and you're asked about your health and any other medicines so treatment is only provided when it's appropriate. Like any treatment there can be side effects - your prescriber will talk these through, and you should always read the patient information leaflet.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes - weight-loss treatment is prescription-only. Quick Meds is an end-to-end service: you complete a free online assessment, our prescribers review it, and if it's suitable and safe we prescribe, dispense and deliver your treatment - then support you afterwards - all in one place, with no GP appointment.
Will delivery be discreet?
Yes. Treatment arrives in plain, unbranded packaging with nothing on the outside to show what's inside, sent with tracked delivery.

Projection figures are trial averages under the best-case (per-protocol / full-adherence) estimand, achieved alongside diet and activity. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. A clinician decides which treatment, if any, is suitable for you.
