From submitted to delivered

No black box. Each stage is handled by, or signed off by, a registered professional.

1

A prescriber reviews your suitability

A GPhC-registered prescriber reads your answers and checks your medical history, current medicines and any risk factors to decide whether treatment is appropriate and safe for you.

Clinical review
2

They may ask for more information

If anything needs checking - a recent measurement, a photo, or proof of ID - your prescriber will get in touch before making a decision. It's a safety step, not a hurdle.

If needed

Ongoing support

Treatment isn't the end of the conversation. If you have side effects, questions, or want to review how things are going, our clinical team is here to help.

After delivery

What a prescriber's decision can mean

There are three honest outcomes - and if your order isn't approved, you're fully refunded.

Approved

Your prescriber is satisfied treatment is suitable. It's dispensed and dispatched discreetly, with guidance on how to start safely.

More information needed

Sometimes a prescriber needs a little more - a measurement, a photo or ID. They'll contact you, then complete the review.

Not suitable this time

If treatment isn't right for you, your prescriber will tell you why. If you'd already ordered, you receive a full refund including any delivery charge.

Being declined isn't a dead end - our team can often suggest a more appropriate path or what to discuss with your GP. Safe prescribing sometimes means saying "not this".

Discreet, tracked, and on your terms

Approved orders are dispensed and dispatched from our pharmacy - often the same day when approved before the daily cut-off. Everything arrives in plain packaging that gives nothing away.

You choose your delivery speed at checkout, from standard tracked delivery through to next-day and Saturday options, so it fits around your week.

Plain, discreet packaging

No branding or clue to the contents on the outside of your parcel.

Tracked, with options

Follow your order to your door, and pick the speed that suits - including next-day.

Dispatched only after approval

Nothing is sent until a prescriber has signed off your treatment as suitable.

Ahsan Bhatti, Superintendent Pharmacist
"The wait after submitting a consultation is exactly when people get anxious and drop off. So we try to be clear: a real prescriber is reading your answers, and a 'no' is a legitimate, safe outcome - one you're fully refunded for. That honesty is the point of doing this properly."

What our patients say

Frequently asked

How long does the clinical review take?

It's usually completed quickly. Once a prescriber approves treatment, it's dispensed and dispatched with tracked delivery - often the next day. If they need more information first, they'll contact you.

What if my order isn't approved?

If your order is rejected following clinical assessment, you receive a full refund including any delivery charges paid. Nothing is supplied without prescriber approval.

Will anyone know what's in my parcel?

No. Orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging with nothing on the outside to indicate the contents or the pharmacy.

Can I get help after it arrives?

Yes. Our clinical team can help with questions about using your treatment, managing side effects, or reviewing how you're getting on. You can reach us on 0121 628 5318 or through your account.
